- How to come?
Besançon has no airport. It is better to come from Paris - Airport Charles De Gaulle. [The closest airports are in Lyon and the EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg, but the train connection is very poor]. If you have no other solution that taking the plane, please contact the organizers to arrange details.

By train: please note that Besançon has three train stations (Besançon Moulière, Besançon Viotte, Besançon Franche-Comté TGV). Please make sure that your train arrives at the Besançon Viotte station (city center).
The booking website of trains is accessible: http://www.voyages-sncf.com/ If, on this website you can only manage to buy a ticket to Besançon Franche-Comté TGV, you can always catch a train shuttle from Besançon Franche-Comté TGV to Besançon Viotte (city center), a few minutes after your arrival at Besançon Franche-Comté TGV.
As example, from Monday till Sunday there is a fast train of Airport Charles De Gaulle 2 TGV (19:52) to Besançon Franche-Comté TGV (22:15) and of Besançon Franche-Comté TGV (06:42) to Airport Charles De Gaulle 2 TGV (09:03).
